ABOUT OUR PROGRAM...
The Foundational Learning and Mentorship Experience (FLAME) Program was founded in 2015 to provide scientific enrichment and mentorship outside of the classroom for students in Prince George's County.
The program features weekly after-school lessons in different scientific topics, hands-on experiments, and mini-projects in a small group setting. Outside of the classroom, FLAME mentees continue to explore science on field trips to places like the National Air & Space Museum.
This year, we will be serving 100 students across 3 different schools throughout PG County. Please join us!
